This Privacy Policy describes how NIYA ARTISTRY handles information in connection with its website and internal marketing application, including its authorized integration with Pinterest.

1. Scope

The Pinterest integration is an internal business-management tool intended solely for NIYA ARTISTRY's own authorized Pinterest Business account and is not offered as a service to third-party Pinterest users.

2. Information Accessed Through Pinterest

When authorized through Pinterest, the application may access information permitted by the Pinterest API and the permissions granted to the application, including:

• NIYA ARTISTRY's authorized Pinterest account information;
• NIYA ARTISTRY's Boards and Pins;
• content identifiers and associated metadata;
• Pin and account performance or analytics information; and
• other information available through specifically authorized API permissions.

3. How Pinterest Information Is Used

• Displaying and organizing our own Pins and Boards;
• Preparing and managing Pins reviewed and selected for publication;
• Scheduling approved content;
• Retrieving performance information for our own content;
• Evaluating approved content; and
• Maintaining the functionality, reliability and security of the integration.

4. Human Authorization of Pinterest Actions

Pins intended for publication are reviewed and selected by the authorized NIYA ARTISTRY administrator before scheduling or publication.

The application is not used to generate artificial engagement, automatically follow or unfollow users, automatically comment or send automated messages.

5. Authentication and Credentials

Access to Pinterest is intended to occur through Pinterest's authorized OAuth process. NIYA ARTISTRY does not request or store Pinterest passwords. Authorization tokens are treated as confidential credentials.

6. Storage and Retention

NIYA ARTISTRY aims to retain Pinterest API information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and evaluate the authorized integration or as required by applicable law.

7. Data Sharing and Sale

NIYA ARTISTRY does not sell personal information obtained through the Pinterest API and does not provide Pinterest API information to data brokers or create unrelated third-party audience databases.

8. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

Pinterest Materials or information obtained through the Pinterest API are not used to train, fine-tune or otherwise develop artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

Creative tools may assist NIYA ARTISTRY in preparing original marketing materials using NIYA ARTISTRY's own book assets and content.

9. Security

NIYA ARTISTRY uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information and authorization credentials associated with the application.

10. Revoking Authorization

Pinterest authorization may be revoked using applicable Pinterest account or authorization controls where available.

11. Data Access or Deletion Requests

Requests concerning information associated with the NIYA ARTISTRY application may be submitted to nayyar25@gmail.com.

12. Third-Party Services

NIYA ARTISTRY uses third-party platforms including Pinterest and Amazon. Use of those platforms is also governed by their applicable terms and privacy policies.

13. Children's Privacy

The NIYA ARTISTRY Pinterest integration is an internal business administration tool. It is not intended for use by children and is not offered as an application or service directed to children under 13.

14. Changes to This Policy

NIYA ARTISTRY may update this Privacy Policy when the application, legal requirements or platform requirements change. The latest version will remain available at this URL.
